Here are some popular FAQ’s about my design services:

 

How long does it take for me to receive my theme after I have purchased it?

We will send you a link to download your theme instantly after your purchase proceeds. For the custom design services- please contact me for the estimated time.

 

What happens after I receive the template?

You will have to unzip the package and you will find all the instructions inside. It’s very easy to understand even if you don’t have experience in blogging or coding. Blog template will only change the design of your blog. All your content, blog posts, sidebar widgets, ads, stats, menu pages will remain active.

 

Can I have social icons that are not seen on the theme demo site?

Absolutely! You will be able to expand the social-media widget sets, just contact me with your request and I will guide you through this!

 

How do I set up my theme and make my social icons link etc?

You’ll receive an installation file with step-by-step instructions. Or you can always fill out an installation form & we will do it for you! Simply fill out the form HERE.

 

I don’t want my sidebar to look exactly like the demo, can I add my own things and move things around? 

Absolutely! You’ll be able to add/remove any widgets from the sidebar as usual.

 

Can I change/add different menu items than displayed in your demo site?

100% yes! All your current pages will stay as they blog and you will also be able to add any pages you want to your blog pages.

 

Can I change the colours and the fonts myself?

Yes, themes are open for you to make edits through customisation tools or CSS.

 

Can I upload my own logo?

Absolutely! Simply upload your logo under APPEARANCE->CUSTOMIZE->HEADER IMAGE

 

Do you do custom blog design?

We’re taking upon custom work order from time to time. You can find listings & what it includes under Custom Designs section. Please contact us before the purchase!

If you could provide me with more detailed information on what kind of custom design you’re looking for – we might be able to take you on and create a brand new design for your blog.

Alternatively, you can always get one of our premade themes and Custom WORK add-on to make it more personal. This add-on includes up to 3 changes to the theme, please state them clearly in the note box while checking out.
